Finding the right therapist can be difficult, especially when so many don’t truly understand Autism. My approach is different—I provide Autism-affirming therapy that respects your needs, helps you work with your neurodivergence, and supports you without expecting you to change who you are.

How to Book a Therapy Session

  1. Choose Your Session Type
    • In-person therapy – Available at my Limerick practice.
    • Online therapy – Available for clients worldwide.
  2. Select a Time
    • Use my online booking system to find a time that suits you.
    • If you have specific sensory or accessibility needs, let me know—I’m happy to adjust to make sessions as comfortable as possible.
  3. Confirm Your Appointment
    • Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how to prepare for your session.


Session Details

  • Session Length: 60 minutes
  • Fee: €150 per session
  • Format: In-person (Limerick) or online

What to Expect in Therapy

My therapy sessions are designed to be comfortable, flexible, and fully Autism-affirming. You won’t be asked to mask, conform, or change who you are. Instead, sessions focus on:

  • Understanding and working with your neurodivergence rather than fighting against it.
  • Managing burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm in a way that works for you.
  • Developing practical strategies for emotional regulation, executive function challenges, and daily life.
  • Exploring identity and unmasking in a safe, supportive space.

Every session is tailored to your needs—whether you need structured support or a space to process and reflect.


Will My Insurance Cover Therapy?

Insurance coverage depends on your provider and policy. I am a fully accredited IACP therapist, and some insurance plans reimburse sessions with IACP-accredited professionals.

To check if you’re covered:

  • Contact your insurance provider and ask if they reimburse sessions with an IACP-accredited therapist.
  • If covered, request a receipt after each session for reimbursement.
