ADHD Therapy and Training

I am diagnosed with combined type ADHD as an adult and understand the challenges of living undiagnosed with ADHD. Over the past two years, I have researched ADHD and neurodivergence extensively to improve support for individuals with ADHD. My master’s thesis focused on undiagnosed ADHD across the lifespan. In my therapy practice, I work with ADHD clients every day, bringing my experience and knowledge into both therapy and training. I am committed to enhancing the support and understanding of ADHD to improve individuals’ journeys.

This specialist ADHD service is available for anyone, whether undiagnosed or diagnosed. If you are questioning whether you might have ADHD, I can help you determine if your symptoms align with ADHD and guide you on the next steps. For those awaiting diagnosis, I offer support in understanding your unique presentation of ADHD.

Recently diagnosed individuals can learn how to process their diagnosis and understand how ADHD has impacted their lives. ADHD affects every aspect of life, and not all of it is negative. By learning to cope with ADHD and work with it positively, you can improve your mental health.

ADHD frequently co-occurs with other conditions, primarily anxiety and depression. Our sessions will help you understand how these conditions interact with ADHD and distinguish between symptoms of ADHD and those overlapping with other conditions. Sessions include psychoeducation on ADHD and neurodivergence, a deeper understanding of your unique symptoms. Also Insight into the role of trauma in ADHD and its mental health effects. I provide strategies to cope with ADHD in a safe environment, with sessions available face-to-face or online via Zoom.

If you or your organisation require training on neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD, I offer bespoke training tailored to your needs. This training is suitable for therapists, mental health services, schools, colleges, and private organizations, covering comprehensive education on neurodivergence.
